Since its establishment in 1973 Alex Radio and TV Service has been providing commercial and domestic clients with a range of communication, security and audio visual services. Today their capabilities have extended to include the design and installation of security and communication packages such as; alarm and CCTV installation; voice and data communication cabling; installation and management of commercial office networks; home automation (including Clipsal CBus); and antenna, satellite and home theatre installation.

Qualifications
Alex Radio and TV Service staff have extensive qualifications to provide customers with the very best in technological solutions for all situations. These qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Government endorsed digital antenna installer
- Cabling Provider (ASIAL – Australian Security Industry Association Ltd);
- Security Equipment Installer (Private Security Individual Registration);
- OH&S Induction (WorkSafe and Foundations For Safety); and
- Radio Trade – Apprentice of the Year (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology).
